PHOTO TEMPLATE LAYOUT

Size will be in 4R, which is 6" (Width) X 4" (Height), Photo Station Hong Kong also has 2R 4R & 6R size, please feel free to contact. If clients
have their own customized design, please save as AI file with previews and email to info@photostationhk.com. Photo template layout should leave 5mm - 10mm bleedings. Besides lanscape photo templates, portrait photo templates are also offered.

WRAPPING & FOAM BOARD

Though photo booth wrapping is considered as an add-on service, guests can design their own specific photo booth with wrapping stickers. For 47" Display Photo Booth package, PhotoStation offers die-cut foam board design as wrapping. Only Standard Photo Booth and 47" Display Photo Booth are available.

DIGITAL BACKGROUND

Photo Station Hong Kong now offers two backdrops. Both are suitable for every venue. Besides them there are other options such as chroma key effect. Live Scene, Customized Backdrop & Chroma Key (Digital Background) please find our photo template layout samples. Customized Backdrop and Chroma Key are considered as add-on services and for that additional charge is requried.

PROPS

Q: HOW DO THE PHOTO BOOTH RENTAL SERVICES WORK?

A: The rental services can be divided by 4 parts.

 

Quotation: Clients can select any of the photo booth package that are provide by PhotoStationHK. If clients agree the quotation, all cost should be paid once.

 

Design: After the payment, the designer will ask clients for the design elements of photo template layout, wrapping, foam board etc.

 

Delivery: PhotoStationHK will ask for the details of the event venue 1-2 days before the event to ensure the photo booth service can be held successfully. 

 

Setup: PhotoStationHK will arrive 45-60 miniutes eearlier for the setup of the photo booth service on the event day.

Q: IS IT POSSIBLE TO PAY AN INSTALLMENTS FIRST OR I JUST HAVE TO PAY ALL THE COST OF QUOTATION?

A: If the quotation is under HK$10,000, clients have to pay all cost of quotation in once. If the payment is above HK$10,000, clients can pay 70% of the cost first, then pay another 30% on the event day. Most of the quotation that is above HK$10,000 including serval days rental or more than 1 photo booth service.

Q: WHICH LOCATIONS DO REQUIRE ADDITIONAL CHARGE?

A: Additional charge HK$500 (2 ways) for Lantau Island & Islands District (HK Island is counted for some rental services) including Discovery Bay, Tung Chung, Chak Lap Kok (also Airport & AsiaWorld-Expo), HK Disneyland, Mui Wo, Ma Wan, Ping Chau, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau etc. Moreover, if there is a heavy workload while setup and delivery i.e. staircase and slope, or service in non-rush hours will also need some additional charge.

Q: WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE BOOTHS RENTAL SERVICES?

A: PhotoStationHK now offers total 6 booth services. Standard Photo Booth is suitable for wedding banquets, private events and annual dinners. 47" Display Photo Booth will be better used for grand opening and ceremony so it is more expensive. As for Instagram Booth and Snap Share service, they are more related to social network and mobile devices with using Instagram and QR Code. GIF Photo Booth is already launched and clients can have fun with it. Mini Photo Booth is like a jack-all-trade type as it is suitable for different kinds of banquets. If clients do not consider above services for events and banquets, photography services such as P&V Service and Instant Printing Service may still fulfill the needs.

Q: WHY PHOTO TEMPLATE LAYOUT IN 2 SQUARES AND 1 SQUARE REQUIRE ADDITIONAL CHARGE?

A: Less squares lead to printing speed becomes faster, which will result in more of production cost and the quantity of photo print paper. Therefore, HK$250 & HK$500 additional charge is required if customized photo template layout is in 2 squares & 1 square representively. Other options such as 4-6 squares are also available. Q: WHAT IS THE USAGE OF THE BACKDROP?

A: PhotoStationHK suggests setting up backdrop in indoor area most of the indoor banquet venues usually provide an unfit condition. It will be improved if backdrop is being set; For the outdoor area, PhotoStationHK suggests using live scene as backdrop. If a backdrop is set for an outdoor event, sunlight will be occurred on it as a reflection and may cause low quality of the service.

Q: WHICH SERVICES ARE CONSIDERED AS ADD-ON SERVICES?

A: Supposed photo template layout in 2 squares & 1 square, customized wrapping design, customized digital background for chroma key effect (not counted if the background is provided by clients), additional hour service etc. are all considered as add-on services, but every single booth package already offers the basic service. Please visit what the basic service is included in the booth package. 

Q: WHAT ARE THE MAIN DIFFERENCES BETWEEN SNAP SHARE & INSTANT PRINTING SERVICE? 

A: Snap Share will be great when serving VIPs and guests toward main backdrop and sign board, and there will be no instant printing service; while Instant Printing Service will be suitable to banquets and printing service is included. 

Q: WHAT IS THE SIZE OF PHOTO PRINT? HOW TO SEND THE PHOTO TEMPLATE LAYOUT DESIGN TO PHOTOSTATIONHK?

Q: HOW TO SEND THE WRAPPING DESIGN FILE?

A: After clients customize their own wrapping or foam board design, please save as ai file with previews and email to designer@photostationhk.com.

Q: WHAT IF THERE IS A BAD WEATHER ON THE EVENT DAY? 

A: PhotoStationHK allows postponement if a bad weather is in force 5 hours before the event. Unfortunately, the service is not refundable and transferable, however it can be redeemed into same value of service within one year after the payment, with the charge of pre-done customization (such as photo booth wrapping and template design) deducted. Clients can refer to the terms and conditions of INVOICE if they have confirmed the quotation. 

Q: WILL THERE BE POST SERVICES AFTER THE EVENT IS FINISHED?

A: Online Album will be created and some behind scenes will be uploaded on PhotoStationHK FaceBook Page for portfolios. PhotoStationHK will send the album link to guest afterward.

Q: WILL THERE BE OTHER SERVICES BESIDES PHOTO BOOTH SERVICES?

A: Besides photo booth service, PhotoStationHK also has other services such as event management including professional equipment and decorative production, along with product photography and advertising. Please feel free to contact.

Q: IF THERE IS A VENUE TRANSITION, WILL IT BE COUNTED IN SERVICE HOUR?

A: Venue transition will be counted in, though it is variable if it requries a heavy workload and a long distance.
